Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All New Chapter Tees are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Because our tees are printed to order, we’re unable to make changes once production begins. If you need help, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

A: With proper care, DTF prints are long-lasting and resistant to cracking or peeling.

  • Turn shirt inside out
  • Machine wash cold
  • Use mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly over the design

A: Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing or buyer’s remorse.
