About New Chapter Tees

💛 Our Story

New Chapter Tees started with the two of us wanting to build something together.

We’re Jay and Ryan—partners in life and now partners in business too. What started as conversations about creativity, new beginnings, and ideas we couldn’t stop talking about eventually became New Chapter Tees.

The name means a lot to us because this really is a new chapter in our lives. We’re building something together, figuring things out as we go, laughing a lot along the way, and creating a business that feels like us.

And somehow that business ended up full of dinosaurs, golf, coffee, food, and a bunch of weird little characters. 😂

We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Meet Jay

Jay brings a lot of the playful ideas around here.

She loves dinosaurs, cartoons, food, music, arts and crafts, sewing, and pretty much anything creative. A design might start with something she loves, something that made her laugh, or just a random idea she can’t get out of her head.

She’s also a proud mom to an amazing adult daughter who helps behind the scenes at New Chapter Tees.

And yes, the dinosaur obsession is very real. 🦖

Meet Ryan

Ryan brings his own interests and ideas into New Chapter Tees too.

He loves golf, snowboarding, music, family, and a good conversation. He’s also the reason golf has become such a big part of what we create around here. ⛳

Ryan is a proud dad to two adult kids, and family is a big part of his life.

We don’t always see an idea the same way at first, and that’s actually one of the things we like about creating together. We each bring something different to the table, and sometimes the ideas we go back and forth on end up being our favorites.

Why We Started

We wanted New Chapter Tees to feel like us.

Not overly serious. Not trying to be like everybody else. Just fun designs with personality that people actually want to wear.

Some ideas come from things we love. Some come from conversations between the two of us. And some are completely random ideas that somehow end up on a shirt. 😂

But they’re all part of what makes New Chapter Tees ours.

Building This Together

Running a business together has definitely taught us a few things.

Patience helps. Communication helps even more. And sometimes you just have to laugh when something goes completely differently than you planned.

We each have our own ideas, interests, and ways of doing things. Sometimes one of us starts an idea and the other helps make it better. Sometimes we agree right away. Sometimes we definitely don’t. 😂

But somewhere in the middle, New Chapter Tees happens.

And getting to build it together is one of our favorite parts.

More Than Just Tees

The name New Chapter Tees will always mean more to us than what’s printed on a shirt.

It’s about starting something new, growing together, and building a life and business we’re proud of.

We don’t know exactly where this chapter will take us, but we’re having a lot of fun finding out.

This is our new chapter, and we’re really glad you’re here for it. 💛
