🌿 Return & Refund Policy — New Chapter Tees

At New Chapter Tees, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

We truly appreciate your understanding — made-to-order production allows us to reduce waste and create each piece intentionally.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are custom printed when your order is placed:

  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer size exchanges
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective — we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (showing the full item and close-up of the problem)

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Because items are made to order, we do not require returns for defective products unless specifically requested.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may already be in progress and orders cannot be changed or canceled.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

New Chapter Tees is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If this occurs, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier

  • Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office

If you need documentation from us to assist with a claim, we’re happy to provide it.
